We had a very nice day for Sullivan! She received loads of crafts and toys from friends, a new bike, soccer goals and even a kick plate for Taekwondo. She has had a great 2nd grade year with Mrs.McDonald, filled with reading, sentence dictation, spelling words, a Korea culture study, owning her math facts and enjoying Girl Scouts and Taekwondo. Go Sull!

Morning time
Mornings for school are quick and busy. sometimes they go very smoothly, other days are harried. I try to be patient and kind with myself, knowing that I have four people to get dressed and ready and fed before 7:40 AM each morning. But here's a sweet moment of Sawyer and Greer, sitting by the warm air vent on a chilly morning when we didn't have to drive carpool.
Greer update
Greer is up on the chairs at our dining room table on a daily basis. He opens every cabinet and every drawer. He gets into pencils, pens, my glass Pyrex, bathroom supplies and K cups. To say he is busy doesn't quite paint the full picture. He is also babbling and speaking many new words, follows some basic directions and is eager to do whatever the girls are up to. He loves lollipops, watermelon, dry cereal, lemonade and cheddar rice cakes. He dances to any music with any beat. He's keeping us on our toes but he is a delight.
