It is upon us! Crazy to think we are now entering a whole new decade of the 2000s...I hope that you and yours had a very nice Christmas and New Year's. We spent the week of Christmas at home for the first time in our lives, and we did appreciate the quiet, humble Christmas we had. We were able to share Christmas dinner with our good friends the Hollenbecks, whom we are so grateful for. Sullivan loved getting to see her best buds, Dane and Blake! You'll see them below enjoying their "show" after the Christmas meal. From Dec.28-Jan.3, we were able to visit our families in Montgomery and spend some great time hitting the Montgomery Eastdale Mall, eating a ton, playing with tons of new toys from the grandparents, celebrating my neice Josephine's 2nd birthday and going out on a few dates. I even went to the movies twice! Wow! Good times were had by all and Lee and I both felt that we had a nice "getaway" with lots of time just the two of us, much help with Sullivan and quality time with our loved ones. Happy 2010!

This is Erin (Patterson) Joye. I just found your blog through someone else's blog and I am so excited!! We just moved from SC back to AL a month ago and I am so excited about getting together with Lauren and her kids. I love your blog and absolutely LOVE the pictures of beautiful Sullivan. I am so glad that I can keep in touch with you now. I wish we had been able to see each other while I was in SC..., but maybe when you visit your family here we can see each other. Take care!!
